Hunter believes that people are the top experts in their own work, and as such he is passionate about cultivating self-organization that empowers teams to craft the processes and policies that work for them. He is also interested in product vision and management, and works to create and improve feedback loops with product owners and end users to ensure a high quality user experience.

Hunter has experience with both Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and has adapted both to meet the unique needs of teams both large and small. Through clear prioritization and forecasting that accounts for risk, he has kept stakeholders engaged and teams on track to ensure the timely delivery of quality software.
