Guiding team members and their leadership to embrace Agile practices

I spent the first half of my career as a technologist, developing engineering and management skills while leading IT departments in the higher education, defense, and manufacturing sectors. After years of simplifying processes and improving efficiency through the delivery of complex IT solutions, I experienced a better way to work via scaled Agile practices. I have spent the last ten years leading enterprise technology transformations at Fortune 250 finance, infrastructure, and mobile computing corporations. I am passionate about breaking down organizational barriers, enabling companies to create autonomous teams empowered to innovate and respond to change, while encouraging individuals to expand their skillsets to perform at their highest levels possible. I hold an MBA from the College of William & Mary, as well as multiple Agile and Change Management certifications.
