Ali is an accomplished cloud architect and software/data engineer lead specializing in Stream Processing, Micro-Services paradigm, and Legacy System Modernization with extensive experience in the full life-cycle of the software development process and system integration in both the private and public sector.

He has extensive knowledge and background in Apache Kafka and Stream Processing, and he is using his expertise in solving complex challenges using stream processing, data science, and AI.

Ali currently works as a Managing Consultant at Excella and mentors fellow employees in the DevSecOps, Data, and Software Engineering space. He holds a Master’s Degree in Distributed and Cloud Computing from Johns Hopkins University.
