I've spent the last 21 years helping my clients, partners and colleagues achieve their goals through the use of agile principles and practices. I've done this most recently in my role as the Vice President of Innovation at Excella, but my experience as an Agile Practice Lead, Agile Coach, Product Owner, ScrumMaster, Program Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst certainly helped along the way.

As I've grown as an agilist and technologist, my belief in the power of teams has skyrocketed as I've witnessed committed, dedicated teams succeed time and time again. It's amazing what a team can do when they have the desire to be better today than yesterday. It's clear to me that the same can be said for individuals and organizations.

As the leader of the Innovation Team at Excella, I'm lucky enough to support Excella's Fellows and Xperts as they continue to shine as thought leaders in the agile and technology communities. This team is responsible for Excella's intellectual property strategy, technology partnerships, technical challenge platform, thought leadership content, showcase demos and prototypes, and training development and delivery.
