He has been honing his facilitation practice for 10+ years. Beyond agile retrospectives, Adam has experience running multi-day facilitations like Lean kaizen and strategic planning events. More recently, Adam has been experimenting with Liberating Structures and virtual-friendly tools and techniques.

Adam has worked in multiple industries: Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, and Technology in Public, Private and Federal sectors. His broad experiences range from multi-national, Fortune 50 corporations to start-ups and several points in between.
