Sarah Shirck is an Organizational Change Management practitioner with experience promoting and implementing organizational management practices to maximize adoption and sustainability of technical and non-technical solutions across public and private sector clients.

Sarah has a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications from Penn State University, a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from The George Washington University, and completed the User Experience Design course at General Assembly. She holds certifications in Kanban System Design (KMP I), Prosci Change Management, and is a Certified ScrumMaster and Scrum Product Owner.

She is the founder of the first Change Management Meetup in the D.C., VA, MD area and is an active member of the Women in Tech community speaking on panels and acting as a moderator at events. She is a thought leader in the Change Management community and has presented at the following:
